Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

• Returns must be free of makeup, deodorant stains, pet hair, or any signs of wear.

• Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping:

• We offer free return shipping.

• Diva Goddess will provide a prepaid shipping label upon request.

How to Start a Return:

2. We'll email you a prepaid return label.

3. Pack the items securely with tags attached.

4. Drop the package off at any authorized shipping location.

5. Track your return using the provided tracking number.
